He has since been a founding partner of a private equity fund, CEO of multiple businesses, and a partner in a back-office services group that grew to 13 companies and 5,000 staff, steering organizations through some of the most volatile downturns in recent financial history, including crises in Thailand, Indonesia, and Argentina.

Faheem's core expertise is in professional services, built over more than 15 years founding and leading consulting practices, Springboarders and Consulting Leap, that have advised 200+ organizations across Canada and the United States, spanning 30+ industries, complemented by hands-on experience running complex manufacturing operations. His consulting experience includes engagements with Fortune 100 organizations such as Generali, as well as Research In Motion and Canada Post.

His approach to scoping and structuring engagements for measurable results has led former consultants from BCG, Deloitte, Accenture, Kearney, IBM, KPMG, EY, and Booz Allen to turn to him to sharpen their own advisory practices.

Rohit has spent his career at the intersection of global markets and private capital, rising to Managing Director at Citi, where he led a multi-billion-dollar real estate portfolio liquidation and managed trading desks handling $20 billion in annual volume. He went on to serve as CEO and later Chairman of Taurus Dubai, a multifamily office managing $3.5 billion in assets across Singapore, Dubai, and Zurich, and has since held senior leadership roles in private markets, overseeing deal origination, structuring, and execution.

Rohit's background in private markets, real estate, and institutional finance gives him direct domain expertise that's especially relevant for clients in financial services. As an added benefit, his network across global private markets, family offices, and institutional investors gives Invisible AI's clients a further layer of credibility and connections, should the right opportunity arise.

Amrit has spent over 20 years in hospitality and real estate across New York, London, and Bangalore, spanning funding, advisory, and operations. He began his career handling large-scale debt and mezzanine financing at GMAC Real Estate, then managed over $1 billion in commercial and residential lending at Capmark. He later co-founded Investorant Platforms, an F&B investment and operating platform, through which he has founded and run multiple restaurant and bar brands in India, with one consistently ranked among Asia's top establishments.

Amrit's domain expertise in real estate investment and hospitality operations gives him direct relevance for Invisible AI's clients in those sectors. As Managing Partner at Avenuez, a real estate investment and advisory firm with over $80 million in completed transactions for clients including BankBazaar, Cred, and Sequoia Capital, he also brings an added layer of relationships and credibility for clients in real estate and hospitality.
